The fishing boat "Escualo":

The Escualo is a dutch fishing boat, a Striker 12 meters long and 3,6 m wide, built in aluminium. It has a capacity for up to 12 people. Two Nanni diesel motors with 320 PS give the boat a good speed.

For fishing we offer you very good equipment, you will find Shimano and Penn reels (130 lbs, 80 lbs, 50 lbs), and Tiagra handed rods. The boats is also equippeed with a Fighting chair and outrigger.

We offer diferent rods for Bottom fishing,Spinning,Jigging & Live Baiting and we also offer night fishing for diferent species.

The comfortable boat has a small Galley, a Heads/bathroom, a dinning/living area and also a high command post. The Escualo has been totally renovated to offer the best conditions for fishing trips and coast excursions where you can explore the nicests beaches on Lanzarote and with luck see dolphins, turtles, flying fish and even small whales.

We fishing thoughout the year, particulary fishing Marlyn, whose season is from June to November, the Greater Amberjack during the summer, autumn and part of the winter, the Wahoo during the summer and autumn and Tuna during the month of February and March

Hi, my name is Louie and I am the captain of the Escualo with the spanish captain diploma "Altura de la Marina Mercante" and many years od experinece in professional fishing and sportfishing in Lanzarote.

I was born in United Kingdom but have been living in lanzarote for more then 20 years. I love what I am doing and try to give my guests the best experience possible so that you can enjoy your holiday and your fishing.

I am 100% independent, I do not work with tour operators or other middle men. The best promotion is agood Mouth to Mouth promotion and therefore it is very important for me to have satisfied and happy guests.
